MDC launched its new company Vision and Mission statements to strengthen the commitment of the organization in ensuring quality excellence amidst a period of rapid expansion, innovation, and emerging business opportunities for the company.
MDC likewise enhanced its Operating Principles to shine a light on the importance of developing, energizing, and empowering its people. The value of “Synergy” was also added to LIVEM to encourage a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and togetherness.

The VMOP refresh is timely as MDC approaches its 50th anniversary in the business this year. Various activities such as road shows, synergy sessions with employees and vendors, learning, and engagement activities are being held to promote the new VMOP across the organization.
