In 2023, AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) brought to the fore its two industrial estate projects, Pampanga Technopark and Batangas Technopark.

Situated in Mabalacat City, the 290-hectare Pampanga Technopark is anchored by the industrial park registered with the Board of Investments. Apart from industrial, the development is designed to bring lifestyle experiences to the communities working and residing within or around the area. Pampanga Technopark is allotting over 30 retail spaces featuring homegrown Kapampangan restaurants, plus several retail and service merchants. Lots are also available for commercial uses such as shops and outlets, medical centers, offices, co-working spaces, business hotels, and more.

Launched in April, Batangas Technopark will further development in the CALABARZON region, the country’s industrial corridor. The soon-to-rise Technopark sits in Padre Garcia, Batangas and spans 55 hectares in gross land area. Registered with the Board of Investments (BOI), it is intended for light and medium non-polluting industries from both local and global markets.

Eventually, the both industrial estates will evolve as mixed-use developments with the addition of ALogis dry warehouse and ALogis Artico cold storage facilities, as well as public amenities such as quick service restaurants, a transport terminal, a gas station, and a bagsakan or agricultural wholesale market. All components will support the supply value chain in Luzon and open opportunities for farmers and cooperatives.

ALLHC President and CEO Mr. Robert S. Lao shares, “The new industrial estates will not only serve as hubs for manufacturing and industrial activities, but will also generate new employment opportunities for Pampangueños and Batangueños and residents of nearby localities, thus contributing to the local economy.”

Both Technoparks are envisioned to be growth centers in their respective regions. Mr. Lao adds, “All these are set to contribute and align with the government’s push for countryside development and industrialization.”
